Welcome to the Hampton Bay II Homeowners Association website!  Our HOA is a non-profit organization made up of residents who live in the Salt Ponds community.  Our purpose is to maintain and enhance the property values, quality of life, and overall appearance of the community by enforcing the covenants, conditions, and restrictions set forth in the HOA's governing documents.  We strive to create a safe, welcoming and inclusive community for all residents.
